Delivery and Shipping

We hold stock in New Zealand and in our Sydney warehouse, and your order ships from whichever one has the item. Every parcel is tracked and every parcel is discreet.

Large or bulky itemsCourier, quoted separately. See below
TrackingOn every order, sent with your dispatch confirmation

An order containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel if the items sit in different warehouses. Your dispatch confirmation tells you which parcel came from where, with tracking for each.

Discreet packaging

Every parcel ships in plain packaging. There is no product description, no brand and no category anywhere on the outside, and nothing on the label indicates what is inside.

Large and oversize items

A few products are too large or heavy for standard express post. Full multi-camera systems, the larger solar panels and the professional construction cameras all fall into this group, and they travel by courier rather than by post.

For those items we quote the freight separately, because the cost depends on the size, the weight and where in New Zealand it is going. Send us the product and your delivery address and we will come back to you with a price and a timeframe.

Rural and remote addresses

Rural delivery adds a day or two to the figures above. If you are on a rural delivery route, please include the RD number in your address at checkout so the courier can find you.

Overseas orders

This store is set up for New Zealand. We can ship overseas, but the freight is quoted case by case rather than calculated at checkout. Contact us with the product and the destination before you order and we will price it for you.

Australian customers are better served by securitylab.com.au, which ships domestically within Australia.

When something goes wrong

If tracking stops moving, or a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us. We deal with the courier so you do not have to.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before you open it if you can. That makes the claim straightforward. Either way you are covered, and the returns page explains what happens next.
