Track and set boundaries: GPS and GLONASS together give a steadier fix in built-up areas, and the position reports over 4G. Draw a geo-fence on the map for entry and exit alerts, and use two-way audio and SOS from the same screen.

Up to 90 days of history is stored, and SMS notifications carry the essentials when the person watching has no data connection. Tracking is free with no annual fees.
