Wildlife Observation After Dark
You're tracking nocturnal animals but can't get close without spooking them. Traditional spotlights ruin night vision and disturb wildlife.
This monocular uses invisible infrared light to illuminate up to 200m. Watch foxes, owls, or kangaroos without disturbing their natural behavior. Record HD video with audio to document your sightings.
Property Security Monitoring
Your farm or rural property stretches beyond security lights. Motion sensors trigger, but you can't see what's out there.
Grab the monocular and scan the perimeter instantly. The 5X digital zoom identifies people or vehicles at distance. Tripod mount lets you monitor gateways or access points hands-free.
Night Fishing & Boating Safety
Navigating unfamiliar waterways after sunset. Need to spot channel markers, other boats, or hazards without blinding white light.
The night vision mode preserves your natural night adaptation while showing obstacles clearly. Lightweight at 170g, it's easy to handle even in moving boats.
How It Works
The SONY STAR sensor amplifies available light for night viewing. When ambient light drops too low, the built-in 850nm infrared illuminator activates (invisible to humans and most animals). Video records to microSD card or outputs live to the 1.5" TFT display. Rechargeable Li-Ion battery provides 1.5-2 hours runtime with IR active.

FAQ
1. Can animals see the infrared light?
No. The 850nm wavelength is invisible to most mammals and birds. Some reptiles and insects may detect it, but you can observe wildlife without disturbance.
2. How far can I really see at night?
Up to 200m with the IR illuminator on clear nights. Actual range depends on atmospheric conditions—haze, fog, or heavy rain reduces visibility.
3. Does it work during the day?
Yes. Switch to daytime mode for color viewing. The same sensor works in daylight without the IR illuminator.
4. Is the battery included?
Yes. Comes with rechargeable Li-Ion battery and charger. You can also use standard AA batteries in the field.
5. Can I mount it on a tripod?
Yes. Standard 1/4"-20 tripod thread built into the base. Works with any camera tripod.
6. What size SD card does it take?
microSD up to 32GB. Card not included—you'll need to purchase separately.
