Description

Thirty times optical zoom on an 8MP Sony sensor reaches across a property and still returns a number plate. Infrared covers 150m after dark, which is well past where yard lighting gives up, and mains power keeps it recording continuously rather than in motion triggered fragments.

Features

See Faces From 100m Away: 30X optical zoom brings distant details into sharp focus
4K Clarity Day and Night: 8MP Sony sensor captures license plates and faces in full colour, even at night
Only Alert When It Matters: AI human/vehicle detection filters out animals and shadows
Cover Your Entire Property: 355° pan and 90° tilt eliminates blind spots
Full-Colour Night Vision: Built-in floodlight LED illuminates intruders in colour
Talk to Visitors or Warn Intruders: Two-way audio with built-in microphone and speaker
Rugged All-Weather Build: IP66 rated for rain, snow, and dust
Easy WiFi Setup: Connects to your home network in minutes, no cables needed
24/7 Continuous Recording: Never miss a moment with round-the-clock video capture
Fast PTZ Tracking: 200° per second rotation for quick following of movement
Live View Anywhere: Remotely monitor and preview recorded videos from your smartphone

Applications

Real-World Scenarios

Detail At The Far End Of A Property

30x optical zoom is the difference between knowing a vehicle was at the boundary and knowing which vehicle. At 4K the zoomed frame still carries a plate rather than dissolving into pixels.

Night Coverage Past The Floodlights

Infrared to 150m reaches well beyond where lighting stops. On a rural block or a yard with plant sitting out, that is the range that matters after dark.

One Camera Instead Of Several

Continuous mains powered recording with full pan and tilt covers ground that would otherwise need multiple fixed cameras, each with its own cable run and its own mounting point.

How it Works

The camera connects to your home WiFi network. Live video and motion alerts stream directly to your smartphone via the free app. Footage saves to a microSD card (up to 128GB, not included) for continuous recording. No monthly fees required.

Not sure the signal reaches where the camera goes? The WiFi Security Camera Buying Guide covers 2.4GHz range, what walls do to it and what to do when it does not reach.
Continuous recording is limited by the card, not the camera. Memory cards are sold separately and the maximum size differs by model.
Same 30X reach, with infrared to 150m and a 128GB ceiling. The 30X laser model pushes night vision to 300m and accepts 256GB.
