The VIM-ROUTCAM3 is a working Tenda AC6 1200M dual band wireless router with a pinhole camera built into the front LED indicator. It is a router first: it serves 2.4GHz and 5GHz on 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, which is why it can sit in the place a router sits and stay powered all the time.

Live view streams at Ultra HD 4K in the app on Android or iOS while recording is Full HD 1920 x 1080p, with video and audio written to the microSD card that comes in the box. Motion detection reaches about 6m and pushes an alert to the phone, and loop recording overwrites the oldest clips so the card never fills. It runs on AC 220V and measures 220 x 142 x 49mm at 290g.
