Description

Two 4MP sensors, one on a PTZ head that pans 355 degrees and tilts 90, one fixed at 180 degrees, so the camera can hold a wide overview and a close view at the same time rather than choosing between them.

The PTZ lens runs 5 to 50mm with 10X optical and 10X digital zoom. A 0.25 second PIR trigger covers 12 metres across 120 degrees, six white floodlight LEDs reach 50 metres, and infrared reaches 40. Four 21700 cells give 20000mAh, charged by a 9 Watt panel on a 2m lead, and the camera manages its own duty cycle: above 50 percent battery it records 24/7, below that it falls back to PIR triggered clips. A 4G SIM on bands B1 to B40 carries the picture, and storage is a microSD card up to 128GB or the cloud.

Mount the camera and the panel: The 2m panel lead lets the 9 Watt panel face the sun while the camera faces the yard. The whole unit is 1.8kg, so the mount is straightforward.
