Description
The two minutes before you press record are usually the two minutes that matter. The VIM-POLICECAM17 keeps a rolling buffer of them, so pressing the button, or drawing from a paired holster, writes those two minutes into the start of the file.
It records 4K at 30fps across a 140 degree frame to 128GB of sealed internal storage, with no card slot for anything to be removed from. Every file carries RSA and AES256 encryption and a User ID, date and time watermark, and nothing can be opened or edited on the camera itself. The 4400mAh battery runs over 16 hours at 1080p, two 850nm IR LEDs cover full darkness, and the whole thing is IP66 rated and drop tested to 2 metres. Footage comes off over the camera's own WiFi hotspot straight to a phone.
