Yes. The hub connects to your home router via ethernet cable or WiFi. It then extends signal wirelessly to all four cameras. You need an internet connection at the hub location for remote app access and alerts.

2. How far can the cameras be from the hub?

Up to 500 metres in open areas with line of sight. Walls, dense trees, and metal structures reduce range. In suburban environments with moderate obstacles, expect 200–300m.

3. Is the hub an NVR? Does it record?

No. The hub is a relay station – it bridges your router's signal to the cameras across long distances. Each camera records independently to its own micro SD card (up to 128GB, sold separately). Optional cloud storage is also available through the app.

4. Do I need to buy SD cards separately?

Yes. No micro SD cards are included in the kit. Each camera supports up to 128GB. We recommend at least one card per camera for local recording.

5. Does it record at night?

Yes. Each camera has infrared LEDs for B&W night vision and white LEDs for colour night vision. Super Night Vision mode keeps colour footage in near-total darkness by activating supplemental fill light automatically.

6. Is it hard to install?

No. One-key pairing connects each camera to the hub automatically. The hub plugs into your router or connects over WiFi. Mount the cameras and solar panels with the included brackets and screws – no wiring between any components.
